PIVOT Demonstrates Commitment to Carbon Reduction - Again

During the week of May 17-21 all 25 of us took alternative means of transportation to and from work. We were one of several firms that were recognized for 100% participation. We also rallied with the most miles and won First Place in our size category. We are now owners of a re-purposed trophy in shiny gold and red.

We are most proud of our commitment year round to alternative options of commuting; most of us regularly commute in something other than a single-occupant car. Whether we live close to the office, carpool, walk, bus, or bike, regular alternative communting reduces our carbon footprint and improves our health and environment.

It feels good, too.
