You may have heard Melissa’s voice on the phone when you call or been greeted by her warm smile when you visit us. But you may not know she holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the U. of O. and regularly puts those skills to work for us. How she can remain so calm and at ease in such an energetic and lively environment was mystifying us until we took this photo. Yoga! Like a gyroscope on our dashboard, Melissa’s grace and energy remain in guiding balance while the rest of us bump down the road.
